Rights and removal notices

Use the takedown form rather than the address above wherever you can. It records the notice against the exact production you point it at, which is what lets it be actioned in one step; an email has to be transcribed by hand first.
Asking for a production
Do not email these — they are not tracked in an inbox. Put the production on the request board, where it is counted and ranked against everything else people are asking for.
Download problems
Read the download guide first: an expired link, a link that was already used, and a link taken on a different connection account for nearly every report, and all three are fixed by reloading the download page.
If the guide does not cover it, write to [email protected] with the link to the production page and the quality you picked. Without those two details a report cannot be looked into.
