Terms of use
Using this site means accepting what is on this page. It is short on purpose.
The service
- The catalogue is provided as it is. No promise is made that a particular production, quality or server will be available at any particular time.
- Download links are issued to you, for one file, for a few minutes, and are tied to the connection that requested them. They are not a licence to anything and they are not transferable.
- Pages and files may be withdrawn at any time, including in response to a rights complaint.
What you may not do
- Do not automate the download path. Scripted harvesting of download links, mass requests against the gateway, or anything else that treats this catalogue as a free bandwidth source will be rate-limited and blocked.
- Do not republish, resell or relist our download links. They are short-lived and connection-bound precisely so that this does not work.
- Do not use the request board or the takedown form to send spam, advertising, abuse, or anyone's personal information.
- Do not attempt to reach the download servers other than through the links this site issues.
What you submit
- Production requests are published on the request page as written. Submit a production, not a message.
- A takedown notice is a formal statement. Filing one you know to be false wastes a compliance queue that exists to protect rights holders, and may carry consequences of its own where you are.
- Submissions may be edited or removed — spam, duplicates and abuse always are.
Rights complaints
If you hold rights in something published here, use the takedown form. It reaches a named contact, is logged with the production it names, and is reviewed in the order notices arrive. Actioning a notice unpublishes the production and removes its files from every download server; the address then answers with a permanent "gone" rather than quietly disappearing.
Changes and governing law
These terms change when the site does; the date above tells you when they were last reviewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
These terms are governed by the law of the place the operator does business, and any dispute belongs to the courts there.
